RETURNS POLICY
Individuals have 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to report any damage, malfunction, or other problems with items ordered to Warxsaber. The email timestamp will be used as the reference for determining if the return request was submitted in time.
Please use our Contact Us page if you discover an issue with your product upon receipt. If a refund is requested within the 7-day period, Warxsaber will refund the full amount for the product minus the shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. The product must not be used, (trace of tightening of the blade, scratches....).Any signs of use will incur a blade return restocking fee.
If an issue is discovered after the 7-day period, then that issue falls under the 1-year warranty for the saber (see 1-year electronics warranty section below). If a refund is requested after the 7 days, then Warxsaber reserves the right to deny the refund or to work out a partial refund with the customer. Warxsaber will not refund the shipping on any items that are reported after the 7-day period. (In the case of a gift purchase that is defective and lies outside of the 7-day window, please contact Warxsaber using our Contact Us page to work it out.)

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging,Items sent back to us without RMA authorization will not be accepted
RESPONSIBILITY
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We don’t want anything getting lost!, We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ADDITIONALLY, ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, ALL DUTIES AND TAXES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refund will be returned to your PayPal account on the same day. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
